Julie Le Gall, a talented chef renowned for helping the famous L’Oustau de Baumanière restaurant obtain its third star, added a refined touch of sweetness to the evening. Thanks to the flexibility and understanding of the instructor, who is also a hotel manager, this challenge was overcome. Aurélie Marie points out that the training courses enabled the company to better position itself and to pinpoint real issues, providing a valuable opportunity for feedback. Measures were then put in place at various levels to improve performance and employee satisfaction, thereby strengthening team cohesion and efficiency. Franky Genato Ragoo, Operations Manager at Marguery Villas, points out that the main challenge was to get employees interested in some of the household chores. To overcome this challenge, the team worked together to identify the root causes of this reluctance and guided the employees through the positive impact of their development on customers, the company and themselves.
